Missio Dei: Healthy, Missional Living
Day 1: Entering the Holy Place
Scripture: Hebrews 10:19-22
Reflection: As believers, we have the incredible privilege of entering the most holy place
through the sacrifice of Jesus. This access is not based on our merit but on His grace. Reflect
on what it means to have direct access to God. How does this change your approach to prayer
and worship?
Prayer: Lord, thank You for the sacrifice of Jesus that allows me to come boldly into Your
presence. Help me to cherish this access and to seek You with a sincere heart. Amen.
Day 2: Living as a Community
Scripture: Hebrews 10:23-25
Reflection: The Christian life is not meant to be lived in isolation. We are called to encourage
one another and to gather together as a community. Consider how you can be an
encouragement to others in your church or community. What steps can you take to foster
deeper relationships?
Prayer: Father, help me to be an encourager in my community. Show me ways to motivate
others to love and good deeds, and help me to value the gathering of believers. Amen.
Day 3: Trusting in God’s Promises
Scripture: Hebrews 10:23
Reflection: God is a promise keeper. His faithfulness is unwavering, and His promises are sure.
Reflect on a promise from God that you are holding onto. How has God shown His faithfulness
in your life?
Prayer: Faithful God, thank You for Your promises that never fail. Help me to hold tightly to the
hope I have in You, trusting that You are always faithful. Amen.
Day 4: Encouraging One Another
Scripture: Romans 14:1, 19
Reflection: We are called to welcome and encourage one another, even when we have
differences. Reflect on how you can be a source of encouragement to someone who may see
things differently than you. How can you build unity within your community?
Prayer: Lord, give me a heart of understanding and love for those who are different from me.
Help me to be a peacemaker and an encourager, building up the body of Christ. Amen.
Day 5: Living as Light
Scripture: 1 Peter 2:11-12
Reflection: As followers of Christ, we are called to live exemplary lives that reflect His light.
Consider how your actions and words can be a testimony to those around you. How can you
be a light in your neighborhood or workplace?
Prayer: Jesus, help me to live as a light in this world. May my actions and words reflect Your
love and draw others to You. Give me the courage to live out my faith boldly. Amen.
